Kuala Lumpur - the President of the United States Barack Obama confirmed that one of its citizensbecome victims in the hostage drama and assault at the Hotel Radisson Blu, Mali on Friday 20 November 2015 night.
"The death of one American citizen make the determination to combat terrorism is getting stronger," said Obama as quoted from the Los Angeles Times, Saturday (21/11/2015).

In his statement after an emergency meeting of deploying the ranks of Ministers, the President of Mali,Ibrahim Boubacar Keita said the total death toll of 21 people, including two men to their captors.
The previous report mentioned at least 27 people died. The causes, an official UN who speaks without being able to put forward its identity, said 12 bodies were found at the basement of the hotel and 15other bodies is on the second floor.
Previously reported CNN and Reuters, casualties in the storming of drama there are 22 people.
On that occasion, Obama also praised the work of the American diplomatic security forces, France andthe UNITED NATIONS in ending hostage drama at a hotel in the capital Bamako. He claims to beproud of the steps taken in order to stop the ongoing bloodshed.
"Such heinous attacks which took place in Paris, we see too often attacks elsewhere. This is a terriblereminder that terrorism threatens action against many countries, "said Obama.
"Once again, this barbarity makes the stronger determination to root out terrorism. We will supportthe people of Mali, as they attempt to purge his country of terrorists and continue to strengthen democracy, "imbuh Obama.
In opening remarks at the ASEAN Summit, Obama also hinted the United so enthusiastically in the fight against terrorism.
"I see all of my travel to the various countries of the world, including on countries representatives inthese meetings, they are United in their determination to protect the people, eliminate the ideology ofhatred that sparked terrorism, and support the universal values of tolerance," said Obama.
"This is the work we must do together," said Obama.
